Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our websites at transformativefatherhood.com or stan.store/transformativefatherhood, submitting your email address through any form, purchasing any product or service, enrolling in any program, or participating in any cohort, coaching session, or community, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
• You agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference

If you do not agree to these terms, do not access our websites, purchase our products, or participate in our programs.

Who We Are

Transformative Fatherhood LLC is a training and coaching company for new fathers based in Dallas, Texas.

Description of Services

Transformative Fatherhood LLC offers the following programs and services:

• New Father Cohort — a live 6-week online group coaching and training program for new fathers in their first 5 years of fatherhood.
• New Father Orientation Course — a self-paced online course built from the Transformative Fatherhood Cohort Handbook covering philosophical foundations and practical strategies for new fathers.
• 1-on-1 Coaching — private coaching sessions. Free discovery session available.
• Webinars — live and recorded educational webinars on fatherhood topics.
• Newsletter — a free email newsletter delivered via ConvertKit (Kit) covering fatherhood, the Heal + Grow + Build framework, the seven Transformative Fatherhood attributes, and related topics.
• Online community — The Transformative Fatherhood Community, a paid membership for cohort alumni and members.

Specific program details — including dates, times, formats, and deliverables — are described on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to content, format, or schedule without materially reducing the core value of any program.

The Transformative Fatherhood Cohort requires a minimum of 8 participants to run. If minimum enrollment is not reached by one week before the scheduled start date, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort.

Faith Disclaimer

Transformative Fatherhood LLC is founded and operated from a Christian faith perspective. Our programs, content, and framework are informed and shaped by our Christian beliefs and values. References to faith, the Bible, and prayer may appear throughout our programs and content.

Participation does not require that you share our Christian faith. We welcome fathers of all backgrounds who approach our programs with an open mind and respect for other participants.

If our faith perspective is incompatible with your values, our programs may not be the right fit. Refunds in this circumstance are governed by our standard refund policy in Section 6.

Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are in United States dollars and are subject to change at any time. The price shown at the time of your purchase is the price you pay. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

Payment Processing

Payments through our website transformativefatherhood.com are processed by Stripe. Payments through our Stan Store at stan.store/transformativefatherhood are processed by Stripe or PayPal depending on your chosen payment method. We do not store your credit card or banking credentials. All payment data is handled by the respective processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Payment Plans

Where payment plan options are offered, you agree to pay each installment on the scheduled due date. Missed payments result in a 7-day grace period after which access may be paused until payment is received. You are responsible for all installments regardless of your attendance or participation level.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase. We will collect sales tax where required by applicable law.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cohort

The following refund schedule applies to the Transformative Fatherhood Cohort:

• Full refund (100%) — cancellations requested more than 15 days before a cohort’s start date
• Partial refund (50%) — cancellations requested 7 to 14 days before a cohort’s start date
• No refund — cancellations within 7 days of a cohort’s start date or after the cohort has begun

In lieu of a refund, you may transfer your spot to the next available cohort at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the first session. The cohort requires a minimum of 8 participants. If minimum enrollment is not reached by seven days of a cohort’s start date, enrolled participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to the next cohort.

1-on-1 Coaching Sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least a 24-hour advance notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice or no-shows forfeit that session without refund or credit.

Courses and Digital Products

All course and digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact admin@transformativefatherhood.com within 72 hours of purchase.

Community Membership

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with no refund for the current month. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase — before accessing any content — are eligible for a full refund.

Extraordinary Circumstances

Refund exceptions due to documented medical emergencies, bereavement, or military deployment are reviewed individually at our sole discretion. Contact admin@transformativefatherhood.com with documentation.

Cancellation by Transformative Fatherhood LLC

If we cancel a program, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available program at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials created by Transformative Fatherhood LLC are our exclusive intellectual property, including:

• The Transformative Fatherhood Framework — the Heal + Grow + Build three-phase methodology
• The Seven Transformative Fatherhood Attributes: Peace, Resilience, Joy, Sacrificial Love, Wisdom, Redemptive Creativity, and Stewardship
• The Transformative Fatherhood Cohort Handbook and all associated materials
• All course videos, worksheets, templates, and downloadable resources
• All webinar content, presentation slides, and email content
• The Transformative Fatherhood brand, logo, name, taglines, and visual identity
• The motto: “Father transformation. Family renewal. Future generational breakthroughs.”

By enrolling in any program you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use our materials for your own personal development only. You may not:

• Record, copy, or capture any session, video, or live call without written permission
• Share, distribute, or post our materials to any third party or public platform
• Teach, present, or deliver our framework or curriculum under any name or brand
• Create derivative works based on our framework or methodology
• Use our brand, name, or motto in any commercial or promotional context
• Share access credentials with any person who has not enrolled and paid

Violations may result in immediate removal from all programs without refund and may be subject to legal action.

Disclaimer of Liability

Not Professional Advice

All programs, content, and coaching offered by Transformative Fatherhood LLC are for educational and personal development purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes professional psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, medical, legal, or financial advice.

No Professional Relationship

Transformative Fatherhood LLC and its founders, members, managers, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates are not licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, or medical professionals. Participation in our programs does not establish any licensed professional-client relationship.

Mental Health

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, domestic violence, or any condition requiring clinical intervention, please contact a licensed professional or crisis service immediately. Our programs are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

No Guaranteed Results

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes in your fatherhood, marriage, relationships, mental health, or any other area of your life. Individual results vary based on personal circumstances, effort, and factors outside our control.

Assumption of Risk

By enrolling you confirm that you are participating voluntarily, you take full responsibility for your own decisions and wellbeing, and you understand that personal development work may surface difficult emotions or realizations for which you agree to seek appropriate professional support if needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Transformative Fatherhood LLC and its founders, members, managers, directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any program or service. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

Participants in the Transformative Fatherhood Cohort and online community agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Personal stories, struggles, and disclosures shared by other participants
• Names and identifying information of other participants
• Personal disclosures shared in a pastoral or coaching capacity

What is shared in the cohort room stays in the cohort room. You may share your own insights and growth — but not the specific stories or disclosures of others. Violation of this commitment is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

Transformative Fatherhood LLC will not share your personal disclosures with any third party except as required by law or as strictly necessary to operate our platforms.

Community Standards and Conduct

All participants in our programs and community agree to:

• Treat all participants and facilitators with dignity and respect
• Engage honestly and with a teachable spirit
• Honor the confidentiality commitments in Section 9
• Attend committed sessions and notify the facilitator of any absence in advance
• Refrain from recording sessions without written permission
• Refrain from promoting personal businesses or services within our community without permission
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or hostile behavior of any kind

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards at our sole discretion, without refund.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any program, community, or service at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions, disrupt or harm other participants, fail to make required payments, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Termination for cause — including intellectual property violations, breach of confidentiality, or conduct violations — does not entitle you to a refund. You may terminate your participation at any time subject to the refund policy in Section 6.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party platforms to deliver our services. Your use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/terms)
• PayPal — payment processing through Stan Store (paypal.com/legalhub)
• Stan Store — product delivery and storefront (stan.store/terms)
• ConvertKit (Kit) — email marketing and newsletter (kit.com/terms)
• Zoom — live sessions and calls (zoom.us/terms)
• Google Meet — live sessions and calls (policies.google.com)
• Google Forms — application and agreement collection (policies.google.com)

Transformative Fatherhood LLC is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party platform.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers and participants by email. Your continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at admin@transformativefatherhood.com to attempt informal resolution. We will respond in good faith within 30 days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action proceeding.

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas, for violations of intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations.

General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Entire agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Transformative Fatherhood LLC and supersede all prior communications or agreements.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
