Who We Are
Transformative Fatherhood LLC is a training and coaching company for new fathers based in Dallas, Texas. We provide cohorts, coaching, courses, webinars, and a newsletter — all built around equipping new fathers to heal from their past, grow in their present, and build for their future.
What Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter
- Name, email, phone number, and application responses when you apply for the cohort
- Name, email, and billing information when you purchase a product or program
- Name, email, and scheduling information when you book a coaching or discovery call
- Content of messages when you contact us directly by email
- Information you share voluntarily during cohort sessions, coaching calls, or community participation
Information collected automatically when you visit our website:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and time spent on pages
- Email open and click rates via ConvertKit
Payment information:
We do not store your credit card or payment credentials. We accept payments through two channels:
- Stan Store (stan.store/transformativefatherhood) — payments processed by Stripe and PayPal, depending on your chosen payment method at checkout
- Our website (transformativefatherhood.com) — payments processed by Stripe only
In all cases, your payment credentials are handled entirely by the respective payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive only a transaction confirmation, the amount paid, and the product purchased — never your full card number or banking details. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver programs, courses, coaching sessions, and community access you have purchased
- To send you transactional emails — enrollment confirmations, Zoom links, receipts, and session materials

- To improve our curriculum, coaching approach, and program offerings
- To protect our business, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms and Conditions
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate our business — and only as needed to deliver services to you:
- ConvertKit (Kit) — email marketing and newsletter delivery
- Stripe — payment processing for all purchases at transformativefatherhood.com, and credit/debit card purchases through Stan Store (stripe.com/privacy)
- PayPal — payment processing for PayPal purchases through Stan Store (paypal.com/privacy)
- Stan Store — product delivery and storefront at stan.store/transformativefatherhood
- Zoom — live cohort sessions, webinars, and coaching calls
- Google Meet — live cohort sessions, webinars, and coaching calls
- Web3Forms — delivering contact-form messages to our inbox
- Google Workspace — our email
- Bluehost / WordPress — website hosting
- Google Forms — cohort application and agreement collection

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our participants or the integrity of our programs.

Email Communications and Unsubscribing
All marketing emails we send comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes our physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe link.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at admin@transformativefatherhood.com. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Transactional emails — Zoom links, receipts, program materials — will continue for active participants regardless of marketing email preferences. These are necessary to deliver services you have purchased.
How Long We Keep Your Information
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Program participants — for the duration of your enrollment plus 3 years
- Payment and financial records — 7 years as required by tax law
- Coaching notes — 2 years following your last session
- Applications (not accepted) — 1 year
When your information is no longer needed we delete it securely or anonymize it.
How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission via HTTPS, secure PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, and access controls limiting who can view personal data.
No internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — request that we delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements

You decide what to share. We will never pressure you to disclose more than you are comfortable sharing.
Children’s Privacy
Our programs and services are for adults — specifically fathers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact admin@transformativefatherhood.com and we will delete it promptly.
